The following are only a few guidelines when having an event at
Rockfield Manor. The entire Rockfield Manor guidelines can be
downloaded in PDF format at the bottom of this page.
CONTRACT TIME
Arrive 2 hours prior to contract time if needed, all events are based on four hour time slots, not including a 1 hour setup and breakdown.
SECURITY DEPOSIT
50% is required to reserve a date and Deposited. The remaining balance will be due 30 days prior to your event date, usually the day of the walk thru.
REFUND POLICY
All cancellations must be in writing. No refunds will be made.
DAMAGES
Renting parties must responsible for damages to the extent of full restoration.
CAPACITY
Maximum number of guests indoors is limited to 100 and 150 indoor/outdoor combined.
SMOKING
Smoking is permitted outdoors only.
HOST
On premises at all times.
GUEST
No confetti or rice. Birdseed and balloons are permitted.
DRINKS
All bottled or canned beverages must be poured in to glasses or cups.
RENTALS
All drop offs and pick ups must be arranged through Rockfield Manor.
